The other way is to surgically insert a shapely silicon implant into each cheek of the patient's hindquarters.

Patients who are between a size eight and 12 are typically ideal candidates for the fat transfer technique, which is also known as the "Brazilian butt lift." The first step is undergoing liposuction ("lipoplasty") on another area of the body, which will remove excess fat to be harvested. If she wears a ten or larger dress size, she will probably be right for fat transfer and even more liposuction of her waist, thighs and flanks.
