Miami buttock enhancement expert Constantino Mendieta, M.D., a board-certified plastic surgeon knows how a well-defined, shapely derriere can look good anywhere in any clothing, from the Bass Museum of Art to Miami Beach to Key Biscayne.
Two methods exist to perform a buttock enhancement. The patient can have fat transfer, or, fat grafting as it’s sometimes known.
Fat is taken from areas on your body where you don’t want it and applied to the peaks of your buttocks to make them more round and curvy. The other way to enhance your buttocks is to surgically implant a shapely silicon implant in each cheek of the patient’s hindquarters.
A rough rule of thumb is by dress size -- if the patient wears a size two to four dress, she probably doesn’t have enough fat to spare and usually must go with a buttock implant.
But if she wears a four to eight dress size, she is probably right for fat transfer and a little liposuctioning to sculpt her rear. That creates an even more lovely backside.
If she wears a ten or larger dress size, she will probably be right for fat transfer and even more liposuction of her waist, thighs and flanks.
